What is The Young Man’s Guide?

Like many young men out there, I’ve had my fair share of rock-bottom moments. Times when I didn’t think any of this was worth the pain and suffering that life likes to throw at you when you’re sat at the peak. Multiple times have I found myself picking up the shattered pieces of my future plans whilst thinking I finally had my shit sorted out and I’m willing to bet many others out there have too.

I decided to create this blog “The Young Mans Guide” to document the challenges I have faced and how I overcame them. I would be lying if I said I had never thought of giving up permanently. But here I am, powered through some of the worst weeks, months and years of my life to come out better than ever on the other side.

I wanted to create a place where young men can relate and know they are not alone when it comes to feelings such as a lack of purpose, procrastination, breaking bad habits, finding happiness and relationships. It’s a pretty bleak time for young men but life is what you make of it and it’s up to you to take the reins of life!
